Incorporated in 2004, KPM Communications, Inc. is a full-service telecommunications company. The management team at KPM has established successful executive-level relationships with some of the largest service providers and equipment manufacturers in the industry.

Our Team

Paul Monty, President:

Paul Monty has been in the telecommunications business for over 18 years. He has worked for the leaders in the telecommunications industry with companies like AT&T, Lucent Technologies, Avaya, and Qwest. Over the course of his career he has challenged himself to be an expert on the equipment, network services and wireless sides of the business. Mr. Monty has worked with customers from a local travel agency all the way up to global accounts and has deployed IP/SIP/Digital solutions on all ends of the communications business.

From the beginning of his career in telecommunications he was taught how to be a telecommunications consultant “NOT” a sales rep. He now leads KPM Communications by bringing his telecommunications consultative approach to all of KPM’s clients and employees.

Paul has been accepted into Standard & Poor’s Society of Leaders which represents the leaders in all different businesses to work as consultants to work with Enterprise level customers.

Kari Keener, President of Operations:

Ms. Keener brings her 12 years of small business management experience to KPM Communications. She has been with the company in her current position since its inception in 2004.

Tim Diss, Senior Consultant:

Twenty-three passionate years in the technology industry with AT&T, Lucent, Avaya/Nortel, Cisco, Juniper and Mitel. Twenty years as a successful business owner/consultant, and professional musician. Understands convergence architecture and applies Communications Enabled Business Process principles to analyze projects. Finding efficiencies and applications for all sizes of clients; from a small dental practice to an airport or call center. Experienced in healthcare, GovEd, finance, hospitality and manufacturing.

Kyle Butler, Consultant:

Having over 13 years experience in the telecommunications industry, Mr. Butler brings his knowledge of both equipment and network services to KPM as an industry consultant. He has been an integral part of the success KPM has experienced since 2004.

Paul Kallwitz, Director of Avaya Technical Solutions:

Having worked with Avaya, by way of AT&T and Lucent Technologies, for over 11 years Mr. Kallwitz brings to KPM a working knowledge of the product line. As part of the IP Office mentoring team at Avaya, Paul has achieved both Certification, and Product Authorization. Additionally, Paul has completed his ACA, and is fully authorized for the Avaya Enterprise product line. Having achieved Avaya Certifications on the entire product line, as well as years of experience in installing and maintaining these systems, you can be confident that the project will be a success.
